A Community of Practice (CoP) is a group organized for the purpose of ongoing study and practice in applications and theory of sociocracy. Contact us for details on starting or joining a Community of Practice.
We offer three different basic types of CoPs:
- Open CoP - has a minimum prerequisite of one of our introductory workshops, webinars, or equivalent experience. An open CoP is a place to explore, understand, and practice Sociocracy with learning focused on basics and fundamentals. Open CoPs will be be facilitated by a member of TSCG.
- Specialty CoP - organized around a specific group and/or learning goals, with a prerequisite of our Foundations of Sociocracy training and a six session commitment. Specialty CoPs may be facilitated by either a member of the TSCG or a suitably experienced member of an Advanced Practitioner CoP.
- Advanced Practitioner CoP - an integral part of our Advanced Sociocratic Practitioner training path, with a prerequisite of our Foundations of Sociocracy training and a 12 session commitment. Advanced Practitioner CoPs will be facilitated by a member of TSCG.
Custom Communities of Practice can be designed to meet your organization's specific needs - contact us for more information.
